“Tell me about your hobbies…” A person who has no hobbies, and can’t even exaggerate one, almost certainly lacks the ambition to make your company valuable. They are probably a loser.

Losers exist. Don’t hire them

Most of the post is OK, but hiring managers are often better served going for sustained curiosity than sustained hobbies. As a person whose hobbies all died at/before high school graduation, i’m calling this a white elephant.

Or, all the losers have to figure out how to become CEO. One or the other.
